At Equine Exchange Tack Shop, we want both you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece of equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets and apparel are free of hair, dirt, or debris.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our tack experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
